Therapy sessions last 45 to 50 minutes although some couples and families benefit from being treated for 75 minutes.
Most people begin therapy by meeting with their therapist one time per week and then gradually decreasing sessions as you achieve your goals. This decision is made based on a number of factors including your functioning, financials, time and progress.

Some of our therapists can provide a self-pay discount for those who do not have insurance or do not wish to use their insurance for mental health services.
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays by appointment. We are able to accommodate earlier or later appointment times with advance notice.
