OUR MISSION is to assist healing by integrating techniques for the mind, body and spirit.
Delivering the highest quality services using the most progressive techniques.

our services

We are an outpatient counseling center treating individuals, couples, and families. We believe traditional counseling should go hand in hand with new dynamic practices. Mindfulness, meditation, art therapy techniques, hypnotherapy and Eye Movement and Desensitization (EMDR) are all within our area of expertise.

our therapists

Our therapists are licensed through the State of Kansas Behavioral Science Regulatory Board and are members of our respective National Associations including AAMFT and NASW.
One of the hallmarks of our practice is to put ownership and responsibility in the hands of the client, while at the same time having the care and understanding to contribute insights and treatments that can help a client through most any struggle.

How long does therapy take?

Therapy sessions last 45 to 50 minutes although some couples and families benefit from being treated for 75 minutes.

Most people begin therapy by meeting with their therapist one time per week and then gradually decreasing sessions as you achieve your goals. This decision is made based on a number of factors including your functioning, financials, time and progress.
